CREATIVE GENIUS
Nancy plays an integral role in teaching and developing all classes. She is constantly developing unique processes and opportunities to challenge herself and her students. As a deeply spiritual person, Nancy feels that it is her destiny to share her creativity and years of design and teaching experience with all who are interested in developing their own creative voices.
Nancy is the owner of Hula Girl Design, a graphic design firm dedicated to offering clients innovative creative design solutions. Hula Girl Design clients include Cantaré Foods, Cotton Buds, Steiner Leisure Management, Del Mar Visitors Association, Aquario Studios, L'Auberge Del Mar resort and many more. Nancy's experience includes a long career as a graphic designer, illustrator, art director and teacher. For three years, she inspired and challenged her students at Palomar College, offering inventive and fun design classes.
She has also designed and written articles for home craft magazines. These days when she isn't busy you can find her scouring the internet for ideas and inspiration for I Love Making Stuff and Hula Bula Blog. When she's not working Nancy loves traveling, cooking, yoga, dance and spending time with her dogs.
It is better to create than to be learned, creating is the true essence of life.
